1. Data we process
Server log data
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, browser type and version (user-agent), the requested URL and the date/time of the request. This data is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you email us at geo-rank@pm.me, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to reply to you.
2. What we do NOT do
- we use no cookies;
- we use only Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless visit statistics with no cross-site tracking; we use no Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Google Tag Manager;
- we use no session recording or heatmaps;
- we use no advertising pixels and do no profiling;
- fonts are self-hosted, so loading our pages sends no data to Google Fonts or any third-party CDN.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the site securely and reliably. Email correspondence is processed based on your consent and to take steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessible to: our hosting and analytics provider Vercel (site delivery, log processing and aggregate Vercel Web Analytics) and our email provider (Proton, pm.me) for correspondence. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
5. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside your country, appropriate safeguards apply (e.g., the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation, then deleted or anonymized. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and request data portability, as well as lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to geo-rank@pm.me.
8. Visitors from Russia (152-FZ)
For users in the Russian Federation, the operator is geo-rank.ai (geo-rank@pm.me). We process the email address and message you send us, and technical log data (IP address, browser information), for the purpose of answering your request and operating the site securely. By emailing us you consent to the processing of the personal data you provide; consent can be withdrawn by writing to geo-rank@pm.me. No data is shared with third parties for advertising.

We may update this Policy. The date above reflects the latest version.
